MOLIGA Five will be known for its unique and entertaining rules that differentiate it from traditional soccer. Here's a summary of some of the key rules:
1. Gameplay:
- 5-a-side Futbol: Matches are played with five players per team on a 30X15 yard field.
- Intense 50-minute games: Matches consist of two 25-minute halves.
- No Draws: All matches must have a winner. If the score is tied after regulation time, the game goes to a penalty shootout.
2. Unique Rules:
- Unlimited Substitutions: Teams can make unlimited substitutions during the match.
- Each half starts 1v1 +GK for one minute, then adds 1 additional player per team every minute after, until all 5 players are on the field. Teams can not use substitutions during this portion of the game.

The Moliga Five has successfully blended traditional football with innovative rules and entertainment elements, creating a unique and exciting viewing experience for fans. The purpose of this league is to keep players active in game situations throughout the 7 week summer season while playing in a safe, intense league. Our referees are going to call Futsal style foul rules to eliminate slide tackling and any rough play. On a player's second foul, the opponents will receive an automatic dribble up pk from half field.
Registration: MUST have minimum 8 players, 10 players max. Cost is $95 per player. Includes shirt, insurance, referee fees, field rental, administration costs.
Games: League includes 7 games.
Season: Week 1 - May 27th & 29th, Week 7 - July 15th & 17th. Off July 1st & 3rd.
Stream: Games will be streamed and uploaded to our Youtube channel. Streamed games can vary.
